Van and Lyle made a guest appearance on the hilarious and edifying Remember Shuffle Podcast.

Remember Shuffle is a pod that takes a critical eye to the bonkers culture of the ‘00s. It’s one of our favorite shows in part for the nostalgia-bath reminders of how absurd it is to have lived through being a Millennial. But it’s also a well-researched, historically grounded comedy show that makes me laugh out loud while it drops critical knowledge.

Anyway, the Shuffle Bois, Jordano and Ben, are doing a mini-series on the Iraq War and its aftermath and we came on to talk about the counter-insurgency years of roughly 2004-2008. Spoiler alert: The US counter-insurgency didn’t work out well! Who would’ve thunk it 🤷🏽‍♂️?
